These terms cover the WedScan / ExpoCapture marketing website at wedscan.app and expocapture.app. Using the platform itself is covered by the Producer Terms of Service or the Vendor Terms of Use, which control if they conflict with these terms. By using this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
This website is owned and operated by Affinity Wedding Expos LLC, doing business as WedScan (wedscan.app) and ExpoCapture (expocapture.app) ("we," "us," "our"). Our principal place of business is 4227 S Meridian, Suite D-402, Puyallup, WA 98373.
2. Using the website
You use this website at your own risk. We host it with a reputable provider and take reasonable steps to keep it available and secure, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful code. We may change these terms at any time; the "last updated" date shows when.
3. Age requirement
You must be at least the age of majority where you live and able to enter a binding contract to buy or sign up for our services. Attendees who register for a wedding show through a form powered by our platform must be at least 18.
4. Our intellectual property
The WedScan and ExpoCapture names, logos, software, text, graphics and other materials on this site belong to Affinity Wedding Expos LLC and are protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, republish or distribute them without our written permission. If you do, we may seek damages and a court order to stop the use.

5. Purchases, subscriptions and refunds
Paid plans are purchased by show producers under the Producer Terms of Service, which set out billing, renewal and refund terms. Promotions and discounts may change or end at any time and are not applied to past purchases.
6. Accessibility
We want our website and services to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and review the site regularly. If something is hard to use, email info@wedscan.app and we will make reasonable efforts to fix it.
7. Your messages to us
Messages you send through our contact forms, chat, email or social media are not confidential. You grant us permission to use feedback and suggestions to improve our services without paying you. Do not send anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing or that infringes someone else's rights.
8. Artificial intelligence (AI) disclaimer
We may use AI tools to help draft or improve content on this website, including text, images and video. People direct and review that content, and we own the finished work. We may also use AI to help answer common questions in chat or email support. AI can be wrong. Treat AI-generated answers and suggestions as general information and check them before you rely on them. - Mediation and arbitration: Before starting arbitration, both sides will try good-faith mediation in Pierce County, Washington. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it will be decided by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
