How WedScan works

From ticket sale to post-show follow-up, in five steps.

   Connect TicketSpice

   Add your TicketSpice API key once, in your account settings - every show under your account uses it automatically. No manual attendee entry, ever.

2. 2

   Set your event dates and go live

   Create a show, confirm the event date(s), and pay the one-time fee to unlock check-in and badge printing for that show.

   Print QR badges

   Every synced registration gets a badge with a unique QR code, ready to print ahead of doors opening.

   Check attendees in at the door

   Staff search or scan to bind a badge to an attendee in a tap - walk-ins who haven't synced yet can be added on the spot.

   Vendors scan for leads

   Vendors scan a badge at their booth to capture the lead instantly, with a running list they can follow up on and export after the show.
